Holly O'Hare is a Senior Instructional and Web Designer and Developer with over 20 year's experience.
Holly has created training solutions applying a variety of applications. She works hands on with subject matter experts to write content and educational materials for both Instructor Led (ILT) and eLearning. She has experience writing content for both synchronous and asynchronous learning models. As an expert Instructional Designer’s, Holly is able to transform educational and training related materials into concise and effective elearning modules, using development platforms such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Adobe Presenter.
Holly is skilled at all levels of instructional design including writing design and functional specifications, storyboards, instructor and participant guides, PPT presentations, assessments, audio scripts, and content development both ILT and eLearning.
