Instructional Design and Development
Instructional design is a specific service that not all eLearning consultants offer. It entails creating learning materials and the courses that utilize them. While instructional design requires a great deal of subject matter expertise and best practices for education, it also incorporates the latest trends in user experience technology and data reporting. Good instructional design builds a learning ecosystem that reinforces specific behaviors connected to meaningful results and measurable goals.
eLearning Design and Development
We will work closely with your team to build unique course material that meets the specific needs of your learners. Our favorite tools are Storyline 360, Rise, Camtasia, Lectora, and Captivate. We incorporate 508 standards as required.
Instructor-Led Training
Traditional Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is not a thing of the past. ILT is any kind of training that occurs in a training or class room setting. This form of training teaches skills or material through lectures, presentations, demonstrations, and discussions. Deliverables include PPT presentations, instructor and student guides, job aides, classroom activities, assessments, and more.
