We are skilled blended learning by incorporating e-learning technology with the appropriate strategies designed to reach all users. Our approach is to deliver methods to best meet individual learning styles. Our blended training approach delivers more learner-focused training that employs real-life scenarios and experiences to improve performance, skills and tasks through a variety of performance support tools.

Blended Solutions

Effective training programs often require both e-Learning and instructor-led training (ILT). ILT and e-Learning both have their advantages and disadvantages. Optimal training programs blend these two training methods to take advantages of their respective strengths. The result is more efficient and effective training.

Gamification

Gamification is the latest ID tool for applying game-design elements and game principles in non-game contexts such as training. The goal of using games in training is to improve user engagement, organizational productivity, flow, learning, and employee recruitment and evaluation.
